New life expectancy data: Spain ranks 11th

In the latest ranking of countries with the highest life expectancy, published by Visual Capitalist based on UN data, Spain did not make the top 10, falling behind its neighbors — Andorra, Italy, and Switzerland.

Monaco leads the list (86.5 years), followed by San Marino (85.8) and Hong Kong (85.6). Other top countries include Japan, South Korea, Australia, and Singapore.

Women continue to outlive men in every country on the list. In Spain, as in the rest of Europe, the gap can reach 5–6 years.

European countries make up the majority of the ranking — 16 out of 25.
