Amazon, Oracle, and Pfizer Top the List of Best Employers in Spain in 2025

LinkedIn has published its annual Top Companies España 2025 ranking — a list of the 25 best companies with over 5,000 employees offering the strongest opportunities for professional growth in Spain. Leading the list are Amazon, Oracle, and Pfizer.

The ranking is based on eight factors, including internal career advancement opportunities, skill development, corporate stability, and employee retention. It also highlights hybrid and remote work formats, training programs, team diversity, and local engagement.

Top 3 highlights:

• Amazon is strengthening its logistics network in Spain and expanding its workforce, which now exceeds 28,000 employees.
• Oracle is investing nearly €1 billion in new cloud infrastructure in Madrid.
• Pfizer is launching a new production facility near Madrid, backed by a €100 million investment.

Interestingly, only four companies on the list are of Spanish origin — including banks Santander, BBVA, Sabadell, and the tech company Indra. The rest are international corporations with a strong presence in the Spanish market.

With 52% of Spaniards planning to change jobs in 2025, the ranking serves not only as a guide to top employers but also reflects key workplace trends: the rising importance of lifelong learning, a shift in the perceived value of office work, and growing demand for digital and language skills.
